I’m not sure if I should’ve done this, but I lit the candle and held it in my hand for a few minutes. I took 3 good deep slow breaths and meditated. Chanted and recited a scripture. The flame was calm. Once I put it down the flame went crazy! I had chills. I just began to use it and don’t know the outcome as of yet..However, I know it is working because I could feel it. I tried to post a video of the flame 🔥 but I couldn’t figure out how.
