SATINSAYS — NO REFUND / CUSTOM RETAINER POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO EXCEPTIONS

By placing an order with SatinSays, you acknowledged and agreed to the following terms before completing checkout.


NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS. NO CANCELLATIONS.

All SatinSays products and services are custom-made to order.

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • All sales are final, we are not liable for missing or stolen packages once it ships it's your responsibility to retrieve it

  • You must pay all duties for your country
  • No address changes due to security 
  • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed

  • This applies to all products, services, digital or physical offerings


PAYMENT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER

All payments made to SatinSays are considered a non-refundable retainer for the initiation of custom work.

  • Production begins immediately upon order placement

  • Time, labor, materials, and preparation are allocated as soon as payment is received

  • Because work begins instantly, no portion of the payment can be refunded under any circumstances


CUSTOM PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

By ordering, you explicitly agree to the stated processing timeline:

  • Processing time may take up to 10 weeks

  • This timeline is not guaranteed, and delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks

  • Requesting faster delivery does not alter or void this agreement

Placing an order confirms you understand and accept this timeline in full.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing checkout, you agree that:

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms constitutes a violation of our purchase agreement

  • Chargebacks filed due to impatience, not reading product or service descriptions in full, false fraud claims, misunderstanding of processing time, or buyer’s remorse are not valid disputes

  • We reserve the right to submit this policy, checkout consent records, and product page disclosures as evidence in any dispute


MANDATORY AGREEMENT AT CHECKOUT

  • Agreement to these terms is required to complete checkout

  • These terms are displayed:

    • On every product page

    • During checkout

    • Within our Terms & Conditions

Completing checkout and signing the checkbox serves as explicit acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.


FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order with SatinSays, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this policy and all descriptions 

  • Agree that all payments are final

  • Accept that your payment is a non-refundable retainer

  • Understand that production begins immediately

  • Agree to the stated processing timeline

  • Waive any expectation of refunds, returns, or cancellations



All orders are final, no refunds after you order, as the processing begins same day and we cannot make exceptions.

Receiving a tracking number means it's in queue to ship, not that it has shipped, so keep this in mind. There are ZERO delivery estimated dates because each order is made fresh, and conjured for the specific customer. 

Ordering from us means you understand this, and agree to it.

If you order a subscription, you must email us to cancel, it is not deemed canceled until we have approved the request. Your subscription must be in place for at least two months, two payment cycles before cancellation is allowed, as you agreed to such at checkout. Any chargeback for a subscription will be subject to a nonrefundable cancellation fee of the total charge. This will be sent back to us, and proof of your acknowledgement of this will sent to the bank.Any audios or videos are only sent once, to the email on file. You must download immediately, as you will not receive another email.
